WHAT IS DETAILING?
It's not just a car wash, detailing is a process of carefully cleaning and reconditioning the vehicle inside and out. We utilize professional tools and products, using equipment and workspace specifically designed for this purpose. Detailing takes time and a lot of practice in order to be done well. This service is designed for those who won't compromise quality when it comes to their cars. It is also an excellent investment when getting the car ready for sale or purchasing a used vehicle. We work directly with clients, businesses and dealerships to deliver the best service.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
All detailing services require a 25% deposit to book the appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of vehicle pick up. Please note that requested appointments without a paid deposit are not considered booked and therefore are not scheduled. EpicWorx LLC conducts operations on an appointment only basis and a partial deposit allows us to efficiently schedule our clients at their convenient time.
HOW LONG IS THIS SERVICE?
The time it takes to detail a vehicle depends on several factors such as the size, level of contamination, the type of detailing you are selecting and any extra add-ons you may require. An average full detailing appointment takes 5-6 hours to complete but can vary. Please feel free to inquire about the duration of your appointment at the time of booking.
HOW OFTEN SHOLD YOU DETAIL YOUR CAR?
Detailing your car on regular basis can prolong the life of your vehicle. Heavy contaminants like iron that normally accumulate can begin rusting. Even simple things like tree sap or bird dropping if not removed quickly can eat away at the clear coat. It is crucial to maintain your vehicle appearance the same way mechanical components are regularly serviced. EpicWorx recommends to have your car detailed at least once a month to maintain the clean exterior and interior. As always we recommend to stay away from automated car washes as those tend to cause damage to the paint and provide below average cleaning. If you prefer to maintain your vehicles yourself, a touch-less car wash is a must.

EpicWorx only uses industry leading automotive care products and tools from reputable companies such as 3m, CarPro, Mother's, Meguiar's, Rupes Adam's polishes and more.
WHAT ARE THE ADD-ONS?
Add-ons are extra charge services that you may add on top of your detailing service. These include pet hair removal, clay bar treatment, polishing, cloth seats deep cleaning and more. If you have a special request please feel free to let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you.

You can rest assured that your vehicle is in great hands, by using the appropriate cleaning tools we make sure to avoid bringing any scratches or damage to your vehicles. Gentle approach is what sets us apart.
